Terms of Service

Effective November 4, 2026

These terms govern your use of Zeroness, provided by Applied Crew, Inc. By using Zeroness you agree to them. If you use Zeroness for an organization, you accept them on its behalf.

The service

Zeroness is an email app that works with Gmail and Google Workspace accounts. It acts on your mail only when you ask it to, or to provide features you turn on, such as screening, Auto Done and drafts. Your use of Gmail remains subject to Google's terms.

Your content

Your email remains yours. You give Zeroness permission to process it only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Don't use Zeroness to send spam, break the law, infringe others' rights, or abuse Google's services. We may suspend accounts that do.

Billing

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Launch prices stay the same for as long as you stay subscribed. Cancel anytime; you keep access until the end of the period.

AI features

Drafts, summaries and answers are suggestions and can be wrong. Review them before relying on them. Zeroness never sends mail without your action.

Early access

Zeroness is in early access. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable.

Warranty and liability

Zeroness is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last twelve months.

Ending

You can stop using Zeroness and revoke its access at any time. We may end the service with reasonable notice.
